This project includes the construction of 7 layer chicken houses and 3 pullet houses in the Philippines, with our team providing both the steel structure poultry buildings and a complete automatic poultry equipment system.

The farm adopts a 5-tier, 4-row automatic layer cage system, designed with K-type side mesh for improved ventilation and structural stability. The 7° sloped cage floor ensures smooth egg rolling, while the sliding door design allows easy operation. The system integrates automatic feeding, drinking, egg collection, and manure removal, supporting efficient large-scale egg production.

The main structure uses H-section steel, combined with hot-dip galvanized feeding rails for long-term durability. Each cage is equipped with nipple drinkers, and corrosion-resistant feed troughs enhance feeding performance. The upgraded red egg belt and spiral brush system improve visibility and cleaning efficiency.

With smooth interior wall design for better airflow, this solution is ideal for modern poultry farming in tropical climates, ensuring productivity, durability, and easy management.
